By purchasing a programme or service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they explain your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours.
Programme Access
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to the digital programme, course materials or resources included with your purchase.
Please refer to the programme sales page for full details of what is included. This may include videos, worksheets, PDFs, templates, exercises or other digital resources.
Access to digital materials is provided for your personal use only.
Your Learning Experience
Our programmes are designed to support your personal and professional development through coaching, education and practical tools.
To get the greatest benefit, we encourage you to work through the materials, complete the exercises and apply what you learn.
Every person’s experience and results will be different. While clients may experience positive outcomes, Gráinne O Regan Coaching and Consultancy Services cannot guarantee any specific results.
Your progress depends on your own commitment, participation, circumstances and application of the strategies and information provided.
The information provided within our programmes is educational and coaching-based and is not intended to replace professional advice where required.
Additional Coaching Support
Unless specifically included within your purchase, one-to-one coaching sessions are not included with digital programmes.

Payment Terms
The price of each programme or service is displayed on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled simply because you decide not to complete the programme.
If a payment fails, you agree to update your payment details or contact us to arrange payment. Continued missed payments may result in access being suspended until payments are brought up to date.
Refunds, Cancellations and Digital Content
Due to the digital nature of our programmes, courses and resources, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing and requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that you may lose your right to cancel once access has started, where permitted by consumer law.

Coaching Session Cancellations
If you have purchased one-to-one coaching sessions, appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used and may not be rescheduled except at our discretion.

If these terms are breached, access to the programme may be removed without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
